Watford Water Polo trains in a state-of-the-art 25m, 8-lane pool with 2m depth throughout, attracting players from Hertfordshire and North London. With expert coaching, we welcome all levels, with the ideal starting age before secondary school.

Our strong junior program includes U12, U14, U16, and U18 teams competing in London Leagues and tournaments. Senior teams play at top levels, with our Men’s 1st Team in BWPL Div 1 and Women’s Team in Div 2, alongside National and Inter-Regional tournaments.

Next Level Swimming Academy offers quality swimming lessons for children and adults in the stateof-the-art 25m, 6-lane pool at Habs girls’ school. Exceptional teachers provide engaging classes in a warm, welcoming environment.

We follow the Swim England framework, teaching classes for children from 3.5 years to squads for older students who want to improve technique, stamina and have fun. On Wednesday evenings we run a 60 min Cadet Water Polo session for primary school pupils who are new to the sport. Players often go on to join Watford Water Polo club.

Small class sizes ensure each swimmer receives feedback and allows them to progress at a pace that is right for them. Whether your child is developing essential water skills or preparing for competition, our experienced team will support and motivate them every step of the way.

Triple Arrow Camps are England Lacrosse’s official camps, created and regulated by the National Governing Body. Designed for girls aged 10 to 16, these camps provide a fun, friendly, and inspiring environment, led by top coaches, including current and former National Team players.

Our goal is to help every participant develop as a lacrosse player while building confidence. With dedicated group leads, coaches get to know each player, providing individual feedback reports for those attending camps, highlighting progress and action plans.

LEARN AND IMPROVE

Learning lacrosse can be exciting yet challenging. Our experienced, England Lacrosse-qualified coaches ensure every student gains the skills to succeed, whether they’re new to the sport or playing at a competitive level.

These courses represent some of the most enjoyable weeks of music-making in our calendar. There is a special atmosphere to holiday music that is hard to replicate in term-time, making these courses unmissable for all keen young musicians in our community.

With renowned educator Paul Harris as our patron we be delivering an inspirational course aimed to give a boost to all students looking to develop their playing. Paul Harris is an internationally recognized educator, with over 600 publications to his name. We are delighted to launch a course for brass players, open to students of all ages and abilities.Students will be coached in instrumental sections, as well as having the opportunity to play and perform in larger brass ensembles. Our expert team will help students to push their skills to the next level, tackling exciting repertoire in a fun environment. Brass playing is the key to many of the most dynamic ensemble opportunities, this course will help students of all ages on this road.
