When you have found all 15 letters and worked out the answer, email your answer and your family name to: Activityhub@habitatescapes.com with Miss Mouse Answer in the subject field, along with your property code, property name, number of children and area of the estate that you are staying in. Your prize will be delivered to your property within 24 hours of completing the trail. If you will be checking out soon after you have completed the trail, please make a note of this when sending us an email.

Treasure

Miss Mouse Meeting Hut Your journey begins at the Meeting Hut. From here you will start the Adventure Trail and head off into the nature reserve to explore and hunt down the treasure chests.

Bike Trail and Tree House Coming soon!

Somerford Picnic Spot

Our highest picnic spot on the estate looks over the large 74-acre Somerford Lagoon Lake where you can relax and unwind whilst having a picnic. Keep your camera at the ready and watch out for the resident heron.

Freeth Mere Picnic Area

The best picnic spot in the world…well we think so! Here you will find the first of five treasure chests. Note down the letter/s that you find on the chest and note them down on the map. You will need to unjumble them at the end to create a word related to Lower Mill Estate.

Now head back to the Meeting Point to find the final chest. Take a shortcut and walk between Flagham Fen and Freeth Mere all the way back to the swimming platform where you will find the final chest. Write down your letters and unjumble them to reveal the three word answer.

Swimming Pontoon

Quiet please as the beavers don’t like noise! Carefully climb over the stile and follow the rope path to the fourth chest. Along the way see what the beavers have been up to, felling the trees and eating the vegetation.

Beaver Lodge Rope Path

The perfect area to take a break on your Miss Mouse journey.

Picnic Area

Venture into the woods and follow the path to Pike Corner to find the third chest. Watch out for the kamikaze woodpeckers and get your cameras at the ready for the family of otters who live in the Brook – if you are lucky enough to photograph one of the otters we have a special prize for you.

Pike Corner

On your way to Pike Corner why not take 10 minutes out to stop for some pond dipping. Here you will find a species rich area where you may find beetles, frogs, tadpoles and baby sharks.
