Outdoor Thrills in a Day Camp Setting Give your camper the full summer camp experience without traveling far from home! Each day at Camp Maude Eaton is packed with adventure, starting with a refreshing swim in Pomps Pond and continuing along the Lou Henry Hoover Sanctuary and Nature Trail, where campers explore the outdoors and discover local wildlife. Campers can test their aim at the archery range, tackle team challenges on the low ropes course, and, for those entering grade 4 and above, rise to new heights on the Flying Squirrel or Islands in the Sky high ropes elements. (Closed-toe shoes required.) Alongside these action-packed adventures, campers enjoy all the classic camp traditions they love: singing, hands-on crafts, cookouts, and time spent making new friends. It’s the perfect blend of outdoor thrills, confidence-building challenges, and close-to-home convenience.
