CLT Factory Which manufacturing system might challenge the current construction industry? The manufacturing of CLT might be a solution.

MO Factory is a CLT manufacturing Factory in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

Challenging the existing traditional constructions, MO factory starts with "Cores" that define the interrelationships of manufacturing spaces, and then branches to a network of spaces. There are three dimensional networks of manufacturing and circulation flows for

various scales of factory spaces. MO Factory uses CLT and glulam construction methods: "stack of CLT wall panel planes" and long span glulam beams. The name “MO” is from a manufacturing process called “Movable type”. There are different modulars in movable type, and the cores are designed to be the connector of mudulars. MO Factory uses CLT Construction Methods and Efficient Manufacturing Process by "cores" organization to create a new construction community in Sunset park.

Movable Type The name “MO” is from a manufacturing process called “Movable type”. There are different modulars in movable type, and the cores are designed to be the connector of mudulars. Between these cores, MO Factory offers three specific areas for manufacturing the CLT, which is Input Factory, Manufacturing Factor, and

Output Factory. The CLT structure works both functionally and structurally-they support all the loading above them, also the machine modulars are plug-into these CLT structures. These part-to-whole strategies connect the manufacturing system and building together, but also they can work individually.

According to multiple sources, the number of active front-line Investigative Reporters in China is under 20 and it continues to go down. The total amount of Investigative Journalist is under 100 for years.

Investigative Journalist, an industry that was once hard and proud, withered quickly. . Investigative journalists are still insisting on their careers. They live in China and report what they see in every activity/event. Many

of them were not initial journalists but they decided to join the industry to expose social issues and maintain fairness and justice Clouduck, with its iconic shape, aims to help journalists spread out their words freely and encourage Chinese people to identify the right and wrong information. The AR Clouduck also brings a question: “Does architecture need to be visible”.
