If Capri were a fabric, which would it be?
Silk, because it is elegance, sophistication and nature. Like Capri. And like Capri it should be treated gently, with love. It should be worked by hand with the Made in Capri expertise that our artisans have passed down through the generations, combining elements of creativity and inspiration drawn from the island.
How did this enterprise begin?
I’m a lawyer. Everything changed when I found love, a creative force that frees hidden resources. Among them I rediscovered a love of dressmaking. My grandmother Bianca had a shop in Capri. Capri Couture is the offspring of passion and tradition.
What does if offer that’s unique and exclusive?
Capri Couture is uniqueness. Our product is inspired by Capri’s fashion and way of living, its iconic lifestyle. We create bespoke clothes according to an exclusive style agreed with our customers to enhance their figure and also their personality. Many of our clothes bear the names of our customers because they are made for them and with them.
What setting do you imagine one of your creations in?
On a boat off the Faraglioni, an aperitif in the Piazzetta, at a romantic dinner the night of a full moon.
Who wears them?
A sophisticated, naturally elegant women who makes life’s every moment an occasion for style. A woman with taste and a strong personality.

Se Capri fosse un tessuto quale sarebbe?
La seta, perché è eleganza, ricercatezza, natura. Come Capri. E come Capri va trattata con amore e delicatezza. Deve essere lavorata a mano con l’abilità del Made in Capri che le nostre artigiane si tramandano da generazioni coniugando elementi di creatività con ispirazioni all’isola.
Come nasce questo mestiere?
Sono avvocato. Tutto è cambiato quando ho incontrato l’amore, forza creativa che libera risorse nascoste. Tra queste ho riscoperto la passione per la sartoria. Mia nonna Bianca aveva dei negozi a Capri. Da passione e tradizione è nata Capri Couture.
Cosa offre di unico ed esclusivo?
Capri Couture è unicità. Il nostro prodotto è ispirato alla moda e ai modi di Capri, al suo lifestyle iconico. Realizziamo abiti su misura secondo un gusto esclusivo e condiviso con le clienti per valorizzarne le forme fisiche ed esaltarne la personalità. Molti dei nostri abiti portano il nome delle nostre clienti perché realizzati per loro e insieme a loro.
In che contesto immagina una sua creazione?
In barca a largo dei Faraglioni, ad un aperitivo in piazzetta, ad una cena romantica in una notte di luna piena.
Chi li indossa?
Una donna sofisticata e naturalmente elegante che fa di ogni momento di vita un’occasione di stile. Una donna di gusto e con una personalità spiccata.
