Adults Emerging Local Authors Collection Calling all local writers of poetry, fiction and non-fiction: the library is accepting applications for the 2017 Emerging Local Authors Collection. This is an opportunity for the library to highlight the rich literary talent in our community, and to connect readers with new authors in Greater Victoria.
