Vintage Hall

A large multi-purpose room located in The Vine Arts & Events Center, Vintage Hall is the perfect venue for a wide range of events such as meetings, birthday parties, wedding receptions, and live performances for your small production needs. Vintage Hall can accommodate up to 105 guests.

Vintage Hall includes 12 five-foot round tables and 16 six-foot rectangle tables, enough to seat up to 100 people throughout the space. The room is equipped with an 85-inch flat-panel TV.

The beautiful training kitchen is included with all rentals and designed for collaborative culinary cooking experiences. You will enjoy using our state-of-the-art oversized island to place all your food and drink needs on display for your guests. If you are bringing in a caterer, there will be an additional fee of $25 per hour. Alcohol is not permitted, with the exception of after-hour rentals through a contracted vendor.

A peaceful, cozy outdoor patio is included when renting Vintage Hall. The patio is private for your guests only and includes bistrostyle tables and chairs. Events are booked on a first-request basis and require a minimum of a three-hour rental. All setup and cleanup times must be included in the rental. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event for a full refund. After hours reservations must be booked with at least two weeks’ notice.

Any rental after 4:00 pm is considered an after-hours rental. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for all after-hours rentals.

Alcohol is only permitted after 4 pm and must be served by a TABC bartender through a contracted vendor. Grapevine Police must be hired to be on-site for the duration of the rental.

Amenities: 85-inch flat-panel TV, dishwasher, sink, two 36-inch induction cooktops, double oven, double microwave, refrigerator, freezer, warmer, and an open patio.

Vintage Hall: $210 Resident / $260 Non-resident

After-Hours: $260 Resident / $310 Non-resident

Vintage Room

The Vintage Room is the perfect space for meetings, workshops, and small groups that can accommodate up to 36 attendees (capacity varies on arrangement of tables and chairs). This room has a sink and a large buffet bar for serving food and drinks, and a 85-inch flat-panel television perfect for presentations. There is a minimum of a two-hour rental. All setup and cleanup times must be included in rental.

Fee (hourly): $75 Resident / $125 Non-resident

CENTER STAGE STUDIO:

This versatile room inside The Vine Arts and Event Center is the perfect space for your dance classes, workout classes, meetings, workshops, and small groups. It can accommodate up to 36 attendees, though actual capacity varies based on whether tables and chairs are needed. The room is equipped with a wall of mirrors for your choreography or visual needs. There is a minimum of a two-hour rental. All setup and cleanup times must be included in rental.

Fee (hourly): $50 Resident / $60 Non-resident

SIDE STAGE ROOM:

This versatile room is a perfect space for dance classes, workout classes, meetings, workshops, and small groups. It can accommodate up to 25 attendees, though actual capacity varies based on whether tables and chairs are needed. The room is equipped with a wall of mirrors for your choreography or visual needs. There is a minimum of a two-hour rental. All setup and cleanup times must be included in rental.
