Fitness Swim

Fitness Swim is open to ages 12+ to lap swim, water walk, exercise, and use the spa. Children under the age of 12 may not swim unless approved by the Aquatics Specialist. Lap lane usage is limited to 1 hour.

Family Swim

For children and families to swim and play. Water features will be turned on. All children 6 and under must have an adult in the water within arm’s reach. Children under the age of 12 must have and adult on the deck.

Safe Splash Swim Lessons

Youth Programs

Technique and Tumbling

The Technique and Tumble program focuses on training students who are interested in learning acrobatic tumbling skills that could be used in dance, cheer or gymnastics. Instructed by coach Kristen, a USAG certified professional coach, who has extensive experience coaching tumbling, gymnastics and competitive cheer. Fee: $60 per month $20 Drop-In fee

Beginner

Martial Arts Black Belt

Ages 5+. Traditional Taekwondo and Karate teaching with an emphasis on self-discipline and sef-esteem. Students will build self-confidence and can advance from white belt to black belt while learning Kata and antikidnapping techniques. Fee: $50 per month; $45 each additional family member Mon & Wed 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Capoeira

Ages 6+. Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that incorporates elements of dance, acrobatics and music into its martial art technique. Students learn the basic capoeira kicks and dodges, as well as acrobatics like handstands and cartwheels. Kids will learn to play the traditional capoeira instruments and learn Portuguese vocabulary and music. Capoeira emphasizes developing discipline and confidence and building physical skills and coordination. Fee: $80 per month M & Th 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

CHILD WATCH

Tiny Tots: 3-24 mos Kids Play: 2-10 yrs The Epic’s Child Watch program is designed to engage young children in games and activities, while parents participate in fitness and adult programming. For up to two hours your child or baby will engage and have fun with our trained Child Watch team. Parents can be rest assured that their child will be safe and entertained while they have the freedom to enjoy all the amenities at the Epic. Punch Pass is required. PARENTS NIGHT OUT BABYSITTING

ZONE 1317

Age 13-17 years. Our epic teen scene is filled with state of the art lounging areas, video games and other entertaining activities available to teenagers 13-17 years old who have an active membership. M-F 12:00 – 8:30 p.m. Sat 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

EPIC GAMES

Age 14 and under. The Epic Games room is filled with interactive games to encourage children to have fun and cultivate new friendships. There will never be a dull moment with access to various gaming systems, board and card games. Access to the Epic Games will be available with a general membership for children 14 and under. Children 6 and under must have an adult supervising them at all times. M-F 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Sat 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Beginning Memorial Day and through the summer, it will also be available: M-F 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

CAMP EPIC – SUMMER DAY CAMP

Ages 5-12 years. At Camp Epic, your child will engage in fun activities, swimming, arts and crafts and weekly field trips. Snacks provided twice a day. Lunch is not provided. PRINCESS DRESS UP CAMP

Ages 3-8 years. Dress up as your favorite princess character! Learn how to dance with grace and poise just like a Royal Princess! Ballet instruction is given with lessons on proper Princess etiquette and manners. End each day with craft time and a special tea party. Fee: $134 Dates: June 27-30 (time tbd; 2.5 hours)

BALLERINA BARBIE DANCE CAMP

Ages 3-8 years. Barbie, Barbie, Barbie!!! Dance & sing to Barbie songs, have a Barbie fashion show with glamours props & photo ops and time to Play with tons of Barbies during each class. End each day with a Barbie craft or coloring in a Barbie coloring book. Fee: $134 Dates: July 25-28 (time tbd; 2.5 hours)

The Epic Theater

The Epic’s performing arts venue is equipped with a fully integrated, high powered sound and lighting system. Professional sound engineers & lighting technicians are available to enhance the quality of your production. In addition to in-house productions, the theater is also available for rentals and community events. Coming spring 2022 spend an evening with us for Epic First Fridays! Culinary Classes

Culinary classes are back! The Epic’s Culinary Kitchen is abuzz with classes and events that cater to adults and children. Many classes are taught by community members and restauranteurs with vast experience in food techniques. Wine tastings and dates nights are just some of the events we are planning for you. Art Classes

The Epic’s art classrooms will host a number of visual arts courses that will accommodate beginners as well as seasoned artists. With a focus on proper technique from trained instructors, classes will include painting, drawing, ceramics and other mixed media crafts. The space will also be available for paint party rentals and as a studio space rental. The Epic will offer a variety of programs and classes year round for various ages. The Epic’s Art Gallery hosts showings for budding visual artists as well as established local artists. With the capability to provide an accompanying opening and closing reception, our goal is to show artwork for at least a month at a time so that the work will be exposed to hundreds of members and guests on a daily basis. All artwork will be labeled with name, title of work and contact information for pricing, if the artist chooses to sell.

Recording Studio

The recording studio comprises both an engineering room powered by Neve 5088 & a live sound room. Professional sound engineers are available to assist with your quality production & also have access to ProTools and Logic for recording/post-production. The Epic Radio Booth is located in the Grand Atrium to the right of the entrance.
