Glen Leibowitz

Glen Leibowitz is a New York-based Certified Public Accountant and seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of leadership experience. He has a proven track record of guiding organizations through major financial milestones, including complex private-to-public company transitions. Glen began his career at PwC, leading global IPO teams, before joining Apollo Global Management, where he served as the accounting lead for their 2011 IPO. He later served as CFO for Acreage Holdings, preparing the rapidly growing company for its anticipated public listing. Most recently, he served as CFO at Bitcoin Depot until November 2024, successfully steering the company through a SPAC merger and NASDAQ IPO. Since November 2024, Glen has been an independent consultant, advising on IPOs, financial transactions, and transformation. He leverages his extensive big-firm and startup experience to help founders and organizations optimize financial systems, implement robust controls, and design effective exit strategies. Beyond his corporate work, Glen is a dedicated philanthropist and mentor. He established the Glen Leibowitz Grant and Scholarship programs to empower passionate students and alleviate the financial burden of higher education.
