very year since 2004 Biomin has conducted an annual survey of mycotoxins as part of the technical service they provide to their customers. The worldwide survey reports on which mycotoxins were discovered and where they were found. Biomin maintains that the survey is crucial to helping the company to develop new products for customers as it allows them to us evaluate the mycotoxin risk to animals. Mycotoxins produced by fungi contaminate a wide variety of feed ingredients given to ruminants, swine, poultry, fish, and shrimp.
