Course content

This course is designed for students who prefer a more practical method of learning. They will study the business world through the application of theory to real life business scenarios. Because of this the course is assessed internally, and students have more freedom to study businesses that are of interest to them, allowing much more scope for personalized learning. Two compulsory units which will be covered are: • Business purposes. • Business operations. Optional units to be selected by the teacher including: • Business ethics. • Business enterprise. • Promotional branding. • Visual merchandising. • Financial forecasting. • • People in organisations. • Personal selling. • Business communication.
