REFLECTIONS

La personale di Luca Soncini ospitata dal Cubo, organizzata da Parma Palatina - Associazione Culturale e di Service, racconta attraverso una serie di illustrazioni, frutto di esperienze editoriali e opere di ricerca individuale realizzate dall'illustratore, la nostra contemporaneità, da un’angolazione concettuale e dissacrante, e allo stesso tempo fortemente comunicativa e visiva. 10 poster (formato 70x100) e 6 immagini

(formato A4), alcune prodotte da Luca Soncini per gli studi di QubìTv la nuova webtv culturale di Parma di Giuseppe Bisbano con sede a Cubo. Illustrazioni che giocano con la realtà, in un match artistico e intellettuale che coinvolge lo spettatore nei suoi meccanismi di elaborazione grafica, conducendolo a interrogativi e riflessioni. La potenza di un'immagine che è in grado di sintetizzare concetti diversi in modo semplice e chiaro, come spiega Luca Soncini: “L’illustrazione è un’immagine che fa risaltare i testi, li accompagna non solo per spiegarne meglio il significato e renderlo più comprensibile al lettore, ma soprattutto per aiutare l’immaginazione e dare forma alle parole, per stimolare, attraverso l’equilibrio tra linguaggio artistico, creativo e attualità, la, o meglio le domande, la riflessione e lo fa in modo spesso ironico e pungente”.

Luca Soncini's personal exhibition hosted by Cubo, organized by Parma Palatina - Cultural and Service Association, tells of our contemporary times, through a series of illustrations, the result of editorial experiences and individual research works created by the illustrator, from a conceptual and irreverent angle, and at the same time strongly communicative and visual. Ten posters (70x100 format) and six images (A4 format), some produced by Luca Soncini for QubìTv studios, Giuseppe Bisbano’s new cultural web TV in Parma based in Cubo. Illustrations that play with reality, in an artistic and intellectual match which draws the viewer into its graphic processing mechanisms, leading to questions and reflections. The power of an image which is able to fuse different concepts in a simple and clear way, as Luca Soncini explains: “An illustration is an image that brings out the texts, it accompanies them not only to better explain their meaning and make it more comprehensible to the reader, but above all to help the imagination and give shape to words, to stimulate the question, or rather the questions, as well as reflection, through the balance between artistic, creative language and current events, often doing so in an ironic and sharp way".
