Leading Well

We are pleased to announce that we have more cohorts a Leading Well programme will provide current & aspiring leade better understand what is expected of them at Gateshead He approach on how to create compassionate and inclusive cultu

Those attending the course will complete MBTI Step I profiling and have the option to complete 360 feedback. During the programme we will discuss what is expected of leaders at Gateshead, how to lead compassionately, psychological safely, strategic leadership and many more topics
