hardy bloom known as Morefield’s leather flower, or Clematis morefieldii. This delicate blossom is not merely a flower but an emblem of nature’s resilience and biodiversity. It is threatened with extinction and has been under the care of Huntsville Botanical Garden (HBG) since 2020.
