Active in the market since 1984, he worked for publishing houses and the newspaper *O Estado de São Paulo* (Estadão)—spending eight years there as an illustrator, layout artist, and page designer—before entering the advertising industry. His career included stints at various agencies and companies (CAN – Cia. Ativadora de Negócios, FabraQuintero, DataMídia, TV Cultura, Eugênio, MaisComunicação, Imagix/AlphaGraphics Ibirapuera, and Cytomax Inc.). In 2001, he founded Galileu Design, operating as an independent creative and graphic production studio. He also served on the faculty of SENAI "Theobaldo De Nigris" and SENAC (São Paulo city) for ten years.
