Gabriel Warren is a healthcare consultant in Tallahassee, Florida. Before moving into consulting, he practiced law for more than 14 years at Rutledge Ecenia P.A., where he became a shareholder. His work covered healthcare, medical marijuana, alcohol, and gaming, with a focus on civil, regulatory, and administrative law. Born on April 6, 1984, in Tallahassee, Gabriel attended local schools before joining the International Baccalaureate program in high school. He later attended Duke University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Political Science in 2006, while also working for the athletic department. Gabriel went on to Vanderbilt University Law School, where he earned Dean’s Scholar recognition. He participated in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and the International Law Practice Lab, and volunteered with the Legal Aid Society. He graduated with his Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 2010. During his legal training, Gabriel worked at The Constitution Project in Washington, D.C., interned for Judge Eugene E. Siler, Jr., and joined the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina for a summer. In 2009, he served as a Summer Associate with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, assisting with research and drafting. At Rutledge Ecenia P.A., Gabriel worked with healthcare providers and regulated businesses, helping them with compliance, licensing, reimbursement, and enforcement issues. His clients also included those in the gaming and alcohol sectors. Gabriel has supported causes such as America’s Second Harvest, the Nature Conservancy, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee. He is involved with local schools, Duke University, and environmental organizations. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Tinsley, along with golfing, fishing, and traveling. Gabriel Warren remains dedicated to his professional and community roles.
