CONCLUSION To conclude my reflection, I am very happy with the KPIs that I decided to take on, and the outcome for each one has been very positive overall. I thought that although the team I was placed in was more marketing based, I was able to find myself and delve into the more creative aspects within our team roles which made my experience that much better as I am naturally more of a creative person. Despite this team being more marketing based, I wouldn’t have wanted to be placed in any other team as I was really pleased to have been placed with the other girls in team 2, and I thought we worked incredibly well together, our communication was strong, and I think we really pulled together and have helped each other where need be.
