Le Directeur Général de GSI Immobilier se félicite de l’intégration de la société savoyarde au sein du groupe EMERIA, une nouvelle et grande étape dans son développement et un choix qui a du sens.

« C’est avant tout le fruit d’une rencontre, celle de mon associé, Jean-Jacques Botta, le fondateur de GSI et de Philippe Salle, Président du groupe EMERIA. » Séduits par la philosophie de EMERIA et sa volonté de développer la location de vacances à la montagne, c’est tout naturellement que les dirigeants de GSI décident d’intégrer GSI au sein du groupe immobilier, reconnu comme un acteur de référence des services immobiliers résidentiels. « Nous avons une vision commune de la location de vacances à la montagne et pour GSI, s’appuyer sur un groupe ancré sur le marché permet de bénéficier de moyens supplémentaires pour se développer. Pour la partie syndic de copropriétés, il est important d’assurer la gestion localement. Pour cela, Foncia Cimes de Savoie a été créée et implantée à Albertville avec une direction de proximité.» De quoi rassurer les propriétaires pour lesquels rien ne change à part le nom de leur syndic. Idem pour l’activité transaction qui sera intégrée à Foncia avec des conseillers déployés dans toutes les agences en stations et en vallée.

« C’est surtout sur la partie locations de vacances que le plus gros changement opère » souligne Gabriel Mingeon.

« En janvier 2022 a été créée une entité entièrement dédiée à la location de vacances. Je suis désormais le Directeur de cette filiale de gestion des appartements de montagne avec à ce jour un très important nombre de lots sur la Savoie, Haute-Savoie et Isère. »

I am now the director of this alpine apartment management branch, with a large portfolio of units in Savoie, Haute-Savoie and Isère.”
