Dates set for new Frankston festival An independent voice for the community

We are the only locally owned and operated community newspaper in Frankston City and on the Mornington Peninsula. A NEW major event will take place in Frankston this May. The dates for the inaugural South Side Festival have been confirmed. The festival will run from 6 May to 15 May. Frankston mayor Nathan Conroy says that the council has “partnered with many wonderful local venues, community groups, venues and art-
