MEMBERS will raise a glass to mark the 50-year anniversary of Frankston’s Toastmasters group this year. Frankston Toastmasters has hosted more than 1100 meetings since its inception. Members improve their public speaking skills and leadership abilities. The 50-year celebration will take place on 6 December - 7pm at Saint Lukes, 72 McMahons Road in Frankston. Musical twist on Spielberg classic PLOS Musical Productions’ first show of 2024 will be an adaptation of a classic Steven Speilberg film. Catch Me If You Can The Musical opens at Frankston Arts Centre on New Year’s Eve for a limited season. Jordi Poyser will star as Frank Abignale Junior in the PLOS production. The role of Carl Hanratty will be played by Aidan Niarros. The story follows con-artist Abignale Junior and his efforts to evade capture.
