Free fitness event this week PENINSULA Aquatic Recreation Centre will host a free activity morning this week to celebrate being named the health club of the year. From 9am to 11am on Sunday, 6 March, PARC employees will run free exercises and workouts at Beauty Park. Peninsula Leisure CEO Kath Thom said “join us for a health workout, which will include an exercise circuit suitable for varying levels of age, fitness and ability, a fun group exercise ‘Mash Up’ and a relaxing stretching session to cool down afterwards.” PARC was named health club of the year at the recent ARV Industry Gala Awards. Frankston City Council offers a number of grants and incentives to help you take the next step in your business enterprise.
