Technical School. The Queen made her visit to Frankston on 7 March, 1986. Reports from the time stated that around 2000 children welcomed The Queen to the school. Queen Elizabeth II delivered a speech to students on the day. She then set off for HMAS Cerberus.
Ballam Park Technical School became what is now McClelland College after a merger.
