Blank canvas for young artists CUBE 37 at the Frankston Arts Centre is set to become a place for young artists to test the limits of their creativity. The Hot Arts for Cool Kids program begins on 13 January. Cube 37 will transform into a hub of interactive art activities for kids aged four to twelve.
