Frank Dahlquist

Frank Dahlquist is a seasoned fire service leader with more than two decades of experience in firefighting, training, and administration. Rising through the ranks from volunteer firefighter to Fire Chief, he has excelled in operations, human resources, and labor-management relations. A certified instructor with the Washington State Patrol Fire Training Academy, Dahlquist has trained hundreds of firefighters across multiple disciplines. His expertise extends to Wildland Operations, apparatus design, and grant acquisition. Away from his career, Frank values time outdoors, whether camping with his family, fly fishing, or hiking.
