Buffalo Wild Wings Foundation Launches New Local Grants Initiative

The Buffalo Wild Wings Foundation has a new mission to Fuel Champions of the Next Generation. This update, approved by the foundation’s board, expands our ability to invest in our communities. With this mission change comes the launch of a new local grants program.

The local grants program will give franchise owners the opportunity to invest 80% of what they raise during the October fundraiser to youth-serving organizations in their markets. Owners can continue to support local Boys & Girls Clubs if desired but will also be able to nominate other youth nonprofits that they feel are making a significant contribution to kids in their community. The foundation will facilitate the nomination, application and award process to make this program as seamless as possible for all franchise owners.

The foundation will continue to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s ALL STARS program that we founded with them in 2013. Over the past eight years, your support has made it possible for more than 1 million kids to play team sports. We will continue our support at the national level with a $1 million contribution. We are excited to see the many ways these funds will Fuel Champions of the Next Generation in communities Four M Franchising and owner Jim across the country. Thank you for your support of the Bitzonis, right, donated $3,500 to the foundation and the difference you make in the lives of youth.
