Grounded in the philosophy that the future of our community will be influenced by the quality of leaders who are engaged and connected, United Way of Cass-Clay launched the 35 Under 35 Women’s Leadership Program. Since its inception more than a decade ago, 420 women have been impacted by the opportunity to grow their leadership skills and have gone on to positively influence their workplaces and our greater community. In this issue, we introduce the 2020 class and five alumni of the program.
