Established in 1943 and placed under the patronage of the President of the French Republic, the International Competition Long-Thibaud bears the names of leading musicians of their times: Marguerite Long and Jacques Thibaud. It is the most prestigious French music competition, one of a handful of renowned international competitions and a pillar in classical music history. We provide meaningful support and a competitive edge to the young finalists from across the world through our range of prizes: financial support, recordings, concert bookings, loan of instruments and international visibility, with the support of generous patrons and sponsors. We alternate piano and violin competitions.

Arturo Toscanini International Conducting Competition, dedicated to the great conductor who was born in Parma in 1867 and died in New York in 1957, was established in 1985. Organized by the musical foundation that bears the name of the Master, the Competition is considered one of the most important international competition dedicated to the discovery of new talents in the field of conducting.
