City councilmembers attended the Kentucky Tobacco Control Conference to accept the Timothy W Mullett, MD Lung Cancer Award. The award is for the Council’s leadership in preventing lung cancer through education, advocacy, or policy change in tobacco and/or radon control, lung cancer screening, or other lung cancer prevention activities.

Join Lexington Senior Center for a health screening fair from 9 am until noon. Booths will be set up for blood pressure, hearing screenings, diabetes A1C, kidney health, memory screenings and much more.

Join Sayre Christian Village for a 40th Anniversary celebratory evening to raise funds for the older adult ministry at Sayre Christian Village, complete with Dinner, Clean Comedian Rik Roberts, and Silent & Live Auctions. Event begins at 6:30 pm at The Campbell House.
