INVESTMENT FROM FRANCHISE : FRANCHISE MODULE

´Investment of Rs. 3500 per sq ft is done by the franchise (65% of which will go towards stock and 35% will go towards set up cost)

´If the property is rented the Security Deposit of the property will be bourn by the Franchise.

´Franchise Fees of Rs. 400000 + GST has to be paid to the brand by the franchise.

´Registration cost of agreement will be shared by brand and franchise 50:50

Return To The Frenchise

1.5% Minimum Guarantee on the Invested Amount per month i.e. Rs. 3500 X store size

Revenue Sharing on sales as per slabs below Rs. 1000 per Sq Ft to Rs. 2000 per Sq Ft of sale — 2% Rs. 2001 per Sq Ft to Rs. 2500 per Sq Ft of Sale — 2.5% Rs. 2501 per Sq Ft and above — 3% (Minimum sale of Rs. 1000 per Sq Ft X store size will be guaranteed by the brand)

All other operational expenses will be done by the Brand (Rent, Electricity, Salary, Maintenance etc.)
