Chameleon™ High Security Retrofit System Improves Performance of Existing Chain Link The patented Chameleon™ Perimeter System from AMICO Security allows you to upgrade an existing chain-link fence to the AMIGUARD® Perimeter System utilizing existing round chainlink fence posts, ranging from 1-7/8” to 6-5/8” post diameter. This high security retrofit system improves aesthetics and security of an existing chain-link fence system and allows you to upgrade to a perimeter system with anti-cut and anti-climb capability. The system consists of AMICLAMP™ to attach the Infini-Rail™ to the existing fence posts. The continuous Infini-Rail system is at the forefront regarding ease of installation. The system includes a fastenerless friction-fit splice system to connect the 16-inch-long Infini-Rails to each other. No fasteners are required to attach the rails against the line post since the rails simply slide through the opening of the AMICLAMP. In addition to ease of installation, the system also offers the flexibility to accommodate small elevation changes without stepping as well as odd-angle corners. The Chameleon retrofit system works with any mesh style offered under the AMIGUARD product lines. Chameleon is compatible with the AMIGUARD® 5000 series welded wire meshes, it works with the AMIGUARD 6000 and 7000 series expanded metal security meshes, and it works with the APEX series, the Architectural Expanded Metal product line. The AMIGUARD 5000 Series Welded Wire Fencing System is particularly ideal for retrofit application. It enhances security in a costeffective system without compromising visibility or aesthetics. AMICO Security Welded Wire system includes 5500 double wire mesh, 5600 3D wire mesh and 5700 wire mesh for enhanced security.
