Good things take time A demonstration farm reduced its environmental footprint while remaining profitable.

Drier winters and summers and lower annual rainfall has forced the farm to adopt a more climate-resilient system. Pastures have been sown with summer-resilient species such as cocksfoot and plantain sown into new swards. Jo Sheridan, La Arni Bayquin and Tom Buckley discuss the pastures.
