Ernest Doe & Sons managing director, Angus Doe told Farmers Guide that, although it will be sad not to be able to welcome suppliers and customers to Ulting as usual, the online event is expected to be popular. “We are delighted to be able to bring the 61st Doe Show to our customers, albeit in a different way than we have over the past 60 years,” he said. “Finding new ways of engaging with our customers excites us and we are looking forward to the challenge! We believe that customers and staff will view this move as a positive step forward, especially when the pandemic has prevented us from putting on the show in its usual format. This bold step forward into the digital domain presents us with a unique opportunity to try something new; we feel confident that this will be a positive learning experience for us all and further strengthen and develop the way we trade both online and face-to-face.” FG
