Workout for mums! bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.
Sew Pretty is a small, very friendly and independently owned workshop set in a relaxed garden studio in Wimbledon. Katya began stitching dresses for her dolls using her mum’s sewing machine when she was just eight years old. Her passion for making has continued over the years and after graduating as Fashion Designer she set up her own label. Now a mother of two, she has decided to share her passion and inspire others, both young and old, to get creative.
It is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element. Accompaniment of music is a proven workout that reduces stress to the mind and body. You won’t be sipping calories at this bar, but you will be losing them – in fact 500 in one session!
For little ones, Katya runs Sewing & Craft birthday parties, an after-school sewing club and her ever-popular Kids sewing camps during half terms and summer holidays.
