FRESH FACES IN ART: EIGHT LA ARTISTS YOU SHOULD KNOW
ESMERALDA MONTES The moment when character transfiguration outgrows its status as a curiosity, Esmeralda Montes’ “Ekaterina” steps through the chimerical paintpools, possessing the cult interests of believer and non-comformist, armless and freed from mimesis reduced to the most basic neglected elements.
