Ethan Ake-Little

Dr. Ethan Ake-Little is an accomplished executive leader with a unique background spanning K-12 teaching, academic research, labor leadership, and HR administration. He’s led large-scale initiatives, including a $10M STEM grant program in Philadelphia, and held senior HR roles in high-performing school districts. Ethan brings a rare dual perspective, having been both a union president and a management executive. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban Education and is pursuing a J.D. at Temple Law, equipping him to navigate complex organizational and legal challenges. His analytical expertise includes econometric modeling and data-driven decision-making. Passionate about education, equity, and leadership, Ethan’s journey reflects deep preparation for executive impact. Outside work, he's a world traveler, LEGO enthusiast, and horror film fan living in suburban Philadelphia with his spouse and two dogs.
