The event will begin at 10 a.m. with an opening ceremony and the traditional Unity Circle, followed by the 5K Run for Recovery, which will start at the Buchanan Park side of Franklin & Marshall College campus. A Walk for Recovery, with a shorter route, will begin at the same time. The Lancaster County Recovery Alliance organizes the day in cooperation with the 521 Club, a Lancaster sober club. The 521 Club coordinates the event’s Recovery Rocks! Concert, where Octavia Blues Band, known for its blues rock and roll style, will be the featured attraction. Visitors may stroll the park until 2 p.m. to visit information tables to learn about local and regional resources for addiction recovery, including support groups, treatment options, family supports, and holistic health modalities like acupuncture, therapeutic
