RALPH FORBES Thomas & Hutton Ralph Forbes is a Vice President and Principal with Thomas & Hutton, serving as a Regional Director for engineering, planning, and design of large tract and industrial/commercial development sites throughout Georgia. Forbes joined Thomas & Hutton in 1991 and has dedicated his entire professional career to helping communities configure their built environment for economic success. Through thoughtful planning and design, he helps local leaders make their communities more prosperous places for future generations. His success in this is evident from his involvement in some of Georgia’s biggest economic development projects, including Rivian and Hyundai, and his impact on projects large and small across the state of Georgia is a testament to his legacy.

Steve Poole started his career with the Alabama DOT before becoming a partner in a Georgia transportation consulting firm. For the past 20 years, he has been a sought-after expert for supporting public and private sector purchasers of prefabricated and site-constructed bridge and wall systems. Poole is now an Emergency Response Expert with GeoStabilization International, who “Repairs the Earth When it Misbehaves” by incorporating innovative geohazard mitigation techniques and as a geotechnical problem solver.
