ANNA ROACH

Purcell represents the 1st Congressional District, where she helps guide transportation policy and infrastructure investment across 17 counties in Southeast Georgia. A former Georgia state legislator, she is serving her third term on the Board and previously served as its chair from 2018 to 2019. Purcell currently chairs the Statewide Transportation Planning and Strategic Planning Committee and serves as vice chair of the Intermodal and Legislative committees while contributing to several other key committees. Her decades of public service and collaborative leadership have helped advance transportation planning, economic development, and regional connectivity throughout coastal and South Georgia.
Roach leads regional planning and investment initiatives that strengthen transportation, community development, workforce development, water resources, aging services, and public safety across metro Atlanta. As the agency's first female CEO, she oversees a $104 million operating budget while collaborating with local governments and regional partners to improve quality of life for millions of residents. A respected leader in regional policy and infrastructure, Roach serves on numerous national and state boards focused on transportation, innovation, and economic development. Her visionary leadership has earned recognition among Georgia's most influential business and civic leaders.

Pustotnik is a Vice President at WSP USA, where she leads the planning and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects throughout Georgia. With more than 18 years of experience in roadway design and project management, she has successfully delivered streetscapes, roadway widenings, intersection improvements, and other transportation projects for the Georgia Department of Transportation, counties, cities, and community improvement districts. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, she began her career with GDOT's Office of Roadway Design. Tori is an active member of ASHE Georgia and WTS Atlanta and is a passionate advocate for STEM education, volunteering each year with ACEC Georgia's Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day.
Roach provides leadership for development services, floodplain management, site development permitting, surveying, and geographic information systems. A licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager, she plays a key role in implementing the city's Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance and maintaining compliance with FEMA's Community Rating System, helping strengthen Savannah's resilience to flooding. Since joining the city in 2023, Roach has led initiatives to improve development review processes, enhance stormwater management, and foster regional collaboration. Her technical expertise and commitment to resilient infrastructure continue to benefit Georgia's coastal communities.

With more than 30 years of experience in public policy, nonprofit leadership, and strategic planning, she has held influential leadership roles with the Atlanta Regional Commission, the State Road and Tollway Authority, and the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority. A recognized advocate for leadership development and transportation innovation, Dr. Wilkins continues to champion workforce advancement, industry collaboration, and the future of mobility through her national leadership.

With more than 27 years of experience, she is a respected leader known for advancing collaboration, innovation, and industry engagement. Riker served as 2024 Chair of the Council for Quality Growth and holds leadership roles with the Society of American Military Engineers, the Urban Land Institute, and the University of Georgia Board of Visitors.

Vice President | Lead Edge Design Group Rostin a licensed Professional Engineer and graduate of the University of Georgia, she specializes in airport planning, design, engineering, and construction management. During her eight years with the firm, Amanda has led more than 250 airport planning, design, and construction projects, delivering over $100 million in airfield and terminal improvements throughout the state. Known for her collaborative approach, she works closely with airport sponsors and local communities to develop innovative, customized solutions that enhance safety, operational efficiency, and long-term economic growth.
