TESTING AND WARRANTY

All EnGarde® ballistic packages have been thoroughly tested at multiple independent testing laboratories such as Oregon Ballistic Laboratory (USA), H.P. White Laboratory (USA), TNO (Netherlands), Ulm Ballistic Laboratory (Germany), and at Mellrichstadt Ballistic Laboratory (Germany). Test reports are available upon request.

The COMFORT-GEN7™  is the most flexible ballistic package in the soft armor panel product line. The COMFORT-GEN7™ is an ideal choice for customers looking for an extremely concealable and comfortable solution.

ADDS STAB PROTECTION

The MT-PROTM panel brings a new level of protection and performance by adding stab protection. This panel provides true multi-threat protection while maintaining the high standard of comfort our customers have come to expect. Our MT-PROTM meets the rigorous standards of NIJ .04 Level IIIA, but we went even further by testing the MT-PRO’sTM bullet stopping capabilities against eight different types of ammunition! The MT-PROTM supplies excellent performance against close to the edge shots.

By integrating Dyneema® fabrics from DSM with our proven TitanSkinTM anti-stab technology, we were able to develop a panel that provides both superior ballistic performance and stab protection.

The FLEX-PRO-SK1TM ballistic panel is our latest and most flexible SK1 certified model and currently the lightest SK1 panel available on the market. The FLEX-PRO-SK1TM panel has been rigorously tested and officially certified by Beschussamt Mellrichstadt to Schutzklasse 1 TR03/2008.

For this flexible panel we incorporated Dyneema® Force Multiplier Technology. The durable construction of the FLEX-PRO-SK1TM allows us to provide a ten-year warranty on the ballistic performance of this model.

IMPROVED SOFT BALLISTIC PANEL SHAPES

EnGarde®, in collaboration with several independent contractors, has produced exciting advances in the design of the ballistic panels used in body armor. Since the beginning, EnGarde® body armor has maintained the same shape for the ballistic panels. This classic shape has provided customers across the world with a superior level of protection in a lightweight and comfortable body armor panel. Recently we decided to take a fresh look at the shape of our soft armor panels. We gathered input and recommendations from clients and a special team of engineers on the development of an even better design. In addition to our own engineers, EnGarde® brought in ballistic panel design experts, engineers who worked with the FBI and US law enforcement on soft armor panel shapes. This collaboration produced a groundbreaking new panel design, one that is ideal for both concealable and tactical body armor applications.

DESIGN IMPROVEMENTS WERE MADE IN A NUMBER OF AREAS:

- Reshaped front panel allows for getting into an active firing position faster and easier

- Longer back panel allows for increased coverage of the lower back area

OUR LEVEL III ICW INSERT

Stopping high-powered rifle rounds requires a hard armor plate. Using advanced materials the weight of our Level III hard armor plate has been reduced nearly 25%. Even though it’s light, our Level III plate provides better protection than steel. Our TUFF-PRO-LWTM insert offers excellent multi-hit protection against a variety of common military ammunition.

LIGHTWEIGHT HEAD PROTECTION

The Modular Integrated Communications Helmet (MICH) or Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH), was developed by the United States Army. This modern head protection was meant to be the next generation of combat helmets. The HEAD-PRO™ helmet offers NIJ Level IIIA protection against bullets and a high STANAG V50 protection against shrapnel.

The EnGarde® Ballistic Briefcase is a discreet close protection, rapid deployment solution. The non-threatening appearance of this easy to carry product makes it ideal for executives, close protection officers and VIP bodyguards.
