“Coral Hospitality has over 25 years of experience successfully managing clubs,” said Chris Schaeffer, Partner, Coral Investment Group. “We are delighted to be able to include these three new Golf in Venice clubs into our growing portfolio. We look forward to welcoming their members and guests into the Coral family.”

Well-renowned for its hotel and resort management, Coral Hospitality’s other golf properties located in Florida and Georgia include Arrowhead Golf Club, Eagle Ridge Golf Club, Misty Creek Country Club, Jacaranda West Country Club, Riverwood Golf Club, Rosedale Golf and Country Club, Brasstown Valley Golf Course, Georgia Veteran’s Golf Course and Wallace Adams Golf Course.

Golf In Venice, cited as three courses anyone can play and voted best in Venice, FL, is under new ownership and management. Coral Hospitality in Naples, FL, has been selected to manage the clubs, bringing its golf management portfolio of golf courses and country clubs to 12, an increase of one third. Coral Investment Group, along with its long-term partner, ITG Group, have acquired the three golf clubs in Venice, which grows the number of owned properties to eight.

The Golf in Venice threecourse portfolio features 63 holes of championship caliber golf at Calusa Lakes Golf Club, Waterford Golf Club and Capri

Isles Golf Club. The clubs provide members and the public a variety of course options in a market dominated by private clubs.

Coral Hospitality is offering a unique opportunity for golfers to join all three Golf In Venice courses with just one membership.

Calusa Lakes Golf Club is situated in a beautiful wooded terrain which highlights the natural setting of this outstanding 18-hole course. The spacious course is nestled in a natural environment, with the homes set back from play. The rolling fairways, fair-landing areas and Paspalum Grass greens offer a unique and enjoyable golfing experience for players of all abilities.

Capri Isles Golf Club, a par 72 layout, offers challenges that are guaranteed to capture the interest of not just the serious golfer, but the casual player, as well.

Waterford Golf Club is a semiprivate course situated within two upscale home developments. Each of the 27 holes has distinct, picturesque features combined with abundant natural landscape and wildlife. Play any combination of the Turnberry, Gleneagles or Sawgrass courses and enjoy the experience of three uniquely designed 9-hole courses. The combination of Waterford’s rolling fairways, undulating greens, hazards and water will sharpen the skills of all golfers.
