DELIA Linee automatizzate per lo stampaggio della gomma Automation lines for rubber molding

elia Srl è una società dell'hinterland milanese che si occupa di progettazione e produzione di macchinari, automazione e celle robotizzate per le macchine e per gli stampi impiegati nella produzione, manifattura di articoli in gomma destinati a vari settori, come automotive, elettrodomestici, medicale, calzaturiero, zootecnico, articoli sportivi e altri ancora. Da anni collabora con i principali costruttori e utilizzatori di macchine del settore per aggiornare i loro processi produttivi e automazioni, mettendo a loro disposizione un know-how costruito fin dal 1984, quando progettò le prime macchine e automazioni customizzate. Rispetto ad altri operatori, Delia si distingue per la profonda conoscenza del settore e lo stretto contatto con il cliente, che porta a soluzioni customizzate, innovative e flessibili, altamente competitive. Nell’ultimo anno la Delia ha investito molto nella progettazione di una nuova linea di automazione per l’asservimento di presse per lo stampaggio della gomma. La nuova serie di automazione si adatta in modo particolare alle presse a compressione per la produzione anche di piccoli lotti, oltre naturalmente alle presse ad iniezione per gomma. L'azienda ha sviluppato 4 possibili configurazioni con 4 differenti costi. Soluzione 1 (nella foto) adatta allo stampaggio con una sola pressa e un'unica stazione di carico e scarico. Soluzione 2 adatta allo stampaggio con 2 presse e un'unica stazione di carico e scarico, in questo caso gli stampi utilizzeranno lo stesso materiale. Soluzione 3 adatta allo stampaggio con 2 presse e con 2 stazioni di carico e scarico, in questo caso gli stampi e la gomma possono essere differenti ma con un simile principio di presa del grezzo dei pezzi stampati. Soluzione 4 adatta allo stampaggio con 2 presse con stampi e gomma completamente differenti. u

In the past year Delia S.r.l. has invested a lot in designing a new automation line for rubber molding presses. The new automation series is particularly suitable for compression presses also for the production of small batches and rubber injection presses. The company has developed four possible configurations with four different costs. Solution 1: suitable for molding with a single press and a single loading and unloading station. Solution: 2: suitable for molding with 2 presses and a single loading and unloading station In this case the molds will use the same material. Solution: 3: suitable for molding with 2 presses and 2 loading and unloading stations. In this case the molds and the rubber may be different but use a similar principle for gripping the raw material and the molded parts.
