from the executive director Welcome to the 2012 Parade of Homes. This year HBIA Members will be showcasing 12 gorgeous homes and there is something for everyone in all price ranges. Enjoy the tour, relax, spend some time, meet the builders, get some ideas and start building your dreams. As we start to see recovery in the home building industry we are also seeing unemployment decrease. It Elaine M. Marcille & Amanda Schlieman is homebuilding that will hold the country strong and offer good paying jobs. For every dollar spent on a new home in Helena, that dollar is turned around six times. Thank you to all the volunteers who make this event a success. The Steering Committee meets every month for a year to plan this event. A special thank you to my staff Amanda Schlieman, our office volunteer Linda Cockhill, and Jack Walsh, HBIA’s Governmental Affairs Director.
