El pluscuamperfecto (in English, the pluperfect or past perfect) is used to describe things we had done, for example I had eaten, we had seen, they had done, etc. In Spanish this tense is formed just like the present perfect, but by using the imperfect tense of the verb haber with the past participle.

Había comido la tortilla antes del partido........ I had eaten the omelette before the match. ¿Ya habías comprado las entradas?................... Had you already bought the tickets? Había visto la pelí cuando llegó su madre........ He had watched the film when his mother arrived.

Me encanta la música. La escucho todos los días. Tengo una cuenta en Spotify, es una buena aplicación para conocer nuevos grupos y cantantes. Me gusta todo tipo de música pero prefiero la música pop. Mi cantante favorita es Ariana Grande. Fui a verla el verano pasado. El concierto tuvo lugar en un estadio en Dublín. Fui con mi hermana menor. Mis padres nos compraron las entradas. Fue un espectáculo inolvidable. Estudio música en el instituto y es una de mis asignaturas favoritas. Toco el piano y el violín. Mi madre es profesora de piano y ella me enseñó a tocar el piano cuando era niña. El violín es más difícil. Voy a clases a una academia de música los jueves.
