Parents’ Association

Three cheers for the EB Parents’ Association! The school is privileged to have such a committed group of parents and caregivers who ensure that the community remains whole. Led by the exceptional team of Rhonda Goldstein, Jeremy Bled, Aimee Aikin, and Florence Zakharov, the PA was instrumental in supporting our parents with engaging activities this year. They helped organized gingerbread house making, a family magic show, Earth Day celebrations for kids and families, and our virtual First Friday coffees. Since most of our events were hosted online, our Diversity Chairs and other parents took the initiative to launch several affinity groups, such as the EB Dad’s Antiracist Book Club, EB Parents of Children of Color, and the Learning Differences Support Group, to help parents and caregivers find comfort and support in navigating challenges unique to their families, background, and experience. The PA is an integral part of the EB community. Year after year, they help bring families together to create community, support our faculty and ensure our children have a great experience. We deeply appreciate the PA Board for their continued coordination and commitment in growing our sense of community, culture and love of EB. Thank you to all of our parents who volunteer their time and energy for EB: thank you for being the backbone of this school. The level of your dedication demonstrates your passion to create something meaningful, long-lasting and genuine here at EB. Merci !
