Colonial CHARM A 1904 New Jersey home

his 1904 colonial in Short Hills, New Jersey, was thoughtfully renovated by Mimi & Hill designers Hillary Kaplan and Miriam Silver Verga to preserve its historic roots. The home is designed for both function and connection, featuring spaces tailored for family time, like cozy common areas, as well as practical additions like a mudroom. “Frequent entertainers, the family hosts everything from intimate gatherings to larger-scale events, making their home a welcoming space for friends and family alike,” says Kaplan.
