Law Firm Team-Building Through Softball By Le’Fenus Fenny Powers, Grant & Eisenhofer, P.A.
The of ficial Grant & Eisenhofer’s 2019 softball season is underway! This has been one of the most memorable and exciting seasons with a group of fine individuals, where athletic skill is purely optional, and fun is extremely emphasized. Teaming up with DLA Piper has been essential and has made the statement “great minds think alike”
very true. At this time, we would like to show our gratitude towards The Wilmington Lawyers’ Softball League, for creating a platform where fun, exercise, team building, and unity is instilled. This cross-sectional platform also demonstrates how to build and bring relationships between law firms in the same community even closer, no matter what end of the spectrum we reside. We have always emphasized winning and showing great attitude in terms of sportsmanship. Our motto: “Don’t practice until you get it right, practice until you can’t get it wrong!” DSBA Bar Journal | July/August 2019
