A book we must have heard about once in our life. This book is based on a boy named Greg Heffly and his attempts to become popular in the first year and the upcoming series realising how good it feels to be not known. The story revolves around how things are with him in the school, home, neighbourhood and with his only friend Rowley Jefferson. We also saw how a girl came in between their friendship. So now we know kids, how important is it to make more than just one friend. In this series, there are a total of 20 books in this series taking place in different setups. The character I like is his brother Rodrick but why do I prefer Rodrick over Greg? Read this captivating book written by Jeff Kinney to find out.

A book based on a boy known as Tom Gates who only cares about three things; Sleeping, doodling in his math class and his favourite band DUDE3. The book comes in the comedy genre and contains a lot of interesting ideas. It has a very different style of writing and comic strip. The comic strip is an informal style of art which reflects the way Tom draws in the story and the best part is that on the right corner, it has a very amusing flip book containing a bug dancing and playing his guitar with ultimate joy.
