Make sure there’s sufficient clearance between the oil pan and wheel lift crossbar, and allow for compression of the suspension as well. Additional clearance between the oil pan and the wheel lift crossbar can be achieved by reducing the width of the wheel retainers and grabbing less of the tire—but only so far, making sure it’s still secure.
