AutoReturn, a leading provider of towing and parking enforcement software, has received a majority growth investment by Nexa Equity LLC, a private equity firm. Investment will accelerate adoption of AutoReturn’s technology in the U.S., further expand international presence and provide capital for M&A. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed but AutoReturn’s management team and founders will continue to be meaningful shareholders of the business.
