fter WWII ended, surplus military Jeeps were plentiful, so they were put to good use in a wide variety of applications. One was for the Emergency Service Patrol of the ACSC (Automobile Club of Southern California). Prior to that, as noted in our March 2022 issue (pages 38 to 40), a three-wheeled Harley Davidson called the Servicar had been used since 1935.
